Below average even for fast food. Better go to Sinndorf, it tastes better there. After the last visit I should actually subtract one star, the BigMäc was inedible.

In Corona time, good Mc Drive service

Recently orders often wrong items or items forgotten. It is always very annoying, staff should calmly read through the orders then that no longer happens.

At the moment you are annoyed enough in this situation and then you get the comments from the MC employee: Can you keep more distance? Although we are both wearing masks and there is a protective screen in between and I was more than 1 meter away. Hello I am not a virus.

I had problems with the app, whereupon the friendly cashier at the McDrive gave me unbureaucratic and competent help. I am always happy when you are treated as a welcome guest!

Classic Mc Donalds, no surprise. Food was freshly prepared and available quickly.

Grotto bad. The employees are not even able to operate the card reader. Just hang up the card and don't even listen when you tell them that the card can't make contactless payments. In the end, they say the card doesn't work. You tell them that you have to put it in and they just IGNORE it ... a cheek.

Good attention is paid to the new regulations. The staff are friendly. The store is clean and orders are made quickly and mostly fresh now. Why there is still two star deduction: Unfortunately, one of my last two orders was missing a main product. 1. A BigMac from a BigMac menu 2. A large chicken box It is logical that this can happen. But that it happened with two consecutive orders is unfortunately disappointing.

Is it that hard to fully package an order? You have to be able to rely on your employees, especially when take-away meals are organized. I don't want to have to check the output, especially for larger orders. Certainly this can be seen as an oversight. However, you can also interpret it differently. I feel cheated. If I pay for a product and I don't get it, it's a scam! One star is definitely too many. The new product is particularly nice: McRib soup. See photo.
